We will be attending Thailand Toy Expo 2018 from 3rd May until 6th May. We would like to introduce the available items and our sales method at our INSTINCTOY booth.
It is surprising that more and more people are visiting our booth each year in the last 4 years that we have attended this show.
In particular, last year, there were hundreds of customers lining up at our booth and there were some customers who even lined up all night. To prevent congestion, we made them line up but it ended up resulting in a fight between our queueing customers. We sincerely apologize for that.We will take advantage of the fact that the show runs over 4 days, to split our product sales over 4 days and set a different sales method for each day this time.
We will explain what we sell and how we will sell them for each day of the show. Please read the instructions thoroughly if you are interested in purchasing our products at the show.
We will feature our mass-production items, such as mini sized figures, and pin badges, for the first day of the show.
＊We will accept cash payments in both Thai Baht and Japanese Yen. Please be noted the price in Thai Baht is a little bit higher than the one in Japanese Yen because of the exchange rate.

At the moment, we will not set any limitations on the amount of these items each customer can purchase. However, we will set one of the limitations below for customers, depending on the situation on the ground, as we would like to give more people a chance to purchase one of our products.
・Each customer is limited to a single piece of each product.
・Every customer has a spending limit. (Maximum total amount will be announced at the show.)
We will have these products over 4 days, but some items or some colorways may be sold out sooner depending on the stock or popularity.
*These items above are available until they are sold out.
From the 2nd day of the show, we will have our medium-sized products, and they will be available via site lottery. The items listed below are our medium-sized products.

From the opening time 10:00 till 12:00 on the 2nd day, we will give out lottery tickets (WRIST BAND). Please come to our booth to get the ticket if you want to join our lottery. When we give away the ticket, we will request for a picture of every customer’s face, with their matching ticket number. The entry for our lottery will be completed after the picture is collected by our staff. Customers who do not agree to have their picture taken will not be able to join our lottery even if they have our lottery tickets. Please do not forget to have your picture taken at our booth. *The picture must be taken by an INSTINCTOY staff.
*Taking our customers’ pictures is an additional measure we are using to prevent cheating. We will check if the person who wins our lottery is the same as the person who originally picked up the lottery ticket at the beginning, when they come back to our booth to purchase their prize. We will delete all the pictures we take after the lottery sale is closed.
・We will not accept any entries from customers who intend to resell our products.
・The lottery tickets (WRIST BAND) are limited to 500pcs.
・Customers can only get one ticket per person.
・INSTINCTOY staff will put on the wrist band lottery ticket for each customer.
・Customers are not allowed to break it off or take it off. If the wristband has been taken off or defaced, we will disqualify the entry. Please keep it safe.
・ The entry for our lottery will be completed after the picture (face and wristband together) is collected by our staff.
・If you refuse to have your picture taken, your entry will be disqualified.
・Customers under 15 years old are not allowed to join our lottery. We will ask customers to show their personal photo ID when we need to check their age.
We will announce the lottery winners at 13:00 on the same day and put the winners’ announcement sheet on the notice board at our booth. We will also post the pictures of the winners’ numbers on our FB/Instagram. Please check these places to see the results.
We will start selling the prize items at 13:30. Please line up according to the order listed on the winner announcement sheet. We are planning to open 4 checking counters. Please follow the instructions of the staff. To shorten the waiting time, we will limit shopping time to a maximum of 3mins per customer.We estimate that 30 customers can make their payment within 30mins. The time schedule for every winner will be set according to this estimate.

・Customers should decide what to order by themselves. Please do not consult or contact other people at the order desk.
・Our stocks are limited. We will close our sales when all the products are sold out.
※We will continue our sales of the medium-sized items if there are any products left on the 3rd day, and also the last day of the show. All the leftover items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we will set limitations on individual customer purchases in this case.
We will offer pre-order items on the 3rd day. These items are all expensive products, which cost over 3,500 THB. We were originally planning to sell them at the show, but due to shipping problems and Thai customs issues, we decided to take pre-orders at the show and ship the item to each customer who make a pre-order individually from Japan afterwards. The shipment schedule for every pre-order item will be different, depending on their production. The item price will charged via PayPal when the item is ready. Please check the details regarding the production schedule below.

・The shipping address must be the same as the one in the customer's ID. We will not accept orders from customers who ask us to ship to a third party.
・We will verify your lottery ticket number and your picture.
・Customers will be given 3min to decide what they take.
・Customers are not allowed to use their phone at the order desk.
・Customers should decide what to order by themselves. Please do not consult or contact other people at the order desk.

From 3th ~6th May (Over all 4 days), we will be holding the “EROSION MOLLY AUCTION EVENT” with 15 international artist’s works at our INSTINCTOY booth.
